Knauf ceiling profile (TC) is used for the construction of frames for interior partitions, claddings and other structures based on KNAUF boards (GKL, GKLN, GKLNO). As a rule, it is used in conjunction with ceiling profiles of the same type and size.

Knauf metal ceiling profile (TC) is manufactured in accordance with TU 1121-004-04001508-2003 and is a long-length element made by cold rolling on modern roll-forming equipment from a thin steel strip. 

Application 

Knauf ceiling profiles are C-shaped and are used to form the frame of suspended ceilings and wall cladding. They are used for the installation of frames for suspended ceilings, claddings and other structures based on Knauf boards (GKL, GKLN, GKLNO) and KNAUF super-boards.

Recommendations 

•  Fastening of TC profiles to supporting structures are carried out by means of special suspensions (straight and anchor)

Advantages 

•  The shelves and wall of the profile have three grooves each, which give the product additional rigidity.
•  The wide (60 mm) profile wall serves as a convenient base for fixing gypsum boards. 
•  With the use of special connectors included in the set of the suspended ceiling, Knauf TC profiles allow the installation of the structure frame with minimal time loss.
