Knauf ceiling guide profile (TU) is manufactured in accordance with TU 1121-004-04001508-2003 and is a long-length element made by cold rolling on modern roll-forming equipment from a thin steel strip. 

Application 

It serves as a guiding element for Knauf-profiles 60/27 (TC) during the installation of the frame of the suspended ceiling T113 and cladding D623.

Knauf ceiling guide profile (TU) is used for the construction of frames for suspended ceilings, claddings and other structures based on Knauf boards (GKL, GKLN, GKLNO) and Knauf super-boards. 

Application process

  •  During the installation of the suspended ceiling frame, TU profiles are attached to the walls along the apartment perimeter. 
  •  When installing the cladding frame, the profiles are attached to the floor and ceiling.

Advantages 

  •  Longitudinal grooves are made on the profile walls. These grooves ensure the product sustainability.
  •  The profile wall has holes with a diameter of 8 mm, designed for the installation of dowels, which greatly facilitates the process of fixing the product to the supporting base.
