Crescent combines Crescent Hotel, Crescent City business center, as well as Crescent City residential tower and entertainment center. Some of the materials used in the construction of Crescent were provided by Diler Inshaat CJC. 

The Crescent Development Project is a complex of skyscrapers being built on the shores of the Caspian Sea, Baku. Crescent combines offshore Crescent Hotel, Crescent City business center, as well as Crescent City residential tower and entertainment center. The project will function as an architectural monument of Azerbaijan. The Crescent Development Project, as well as the Port Baku Towers and the Port Baku Residence, are designed to improve the port's former lands. 

The Crescent Development Project will be partly located in the Caspian Sea and partly on the coast of Baku. The Crescent Hotel in the offshore part of the project will be located on the podium at a distance of about 100 m from the coast to the sea. Behind the hotel, on the shore, there will be a business center (Crescent City), a residential building and a podium (Crescent Place).
