One of the buildings that have embellished the modern look of the city is TRUMP TOWER BAKU.  The construction materials were provided by Diler Inshaat CJC. 

The construction of the building started in 2008. In June 2009, the foundation of the building was completely ready, and in July of the same year, the construction of the first floor of the building began. By the end of 2011, the building's concrete frame was built, and glazing work began. In 2015, all the exterior work to decorate the facade was completed. Eleven high-speed elevators were installed in the building.

The building is located at the intersection of the central highways of Baku (Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Babek Avenue, Yusif Safarov Street). The newly built Heydar Aliyev Center is located 350 meters north of the Trump Tower Baku. The nearest metro station to the Trump Tower Baku is Shah Ismail Khatai metro station, 840 meters away.

The building consists of 33 floors and is 130 meters high. From a stylistic point of view, the building was built in a futuristic style. For lighting, LED screens are installed on the curb and arched edges of the building.
