Port Baku Towers are high-rise office buildings located on Neftchilar Avenue near the seaport in Baku. The buildings with a modern and impressive appearance are among the projects implemented by Diler Inshaat CJC. Besides, our company was closely involved in the repair and construction work inside the buildings. 

This modern complex has two towers. The Port Baku Residence and The Crescent Development Project are the first transformational architectural objects built on the territory of the port, moved from the center of Baku to the city of Sumgayit. The building has A-class rooms, shopping areas, an international SPA and wellness center, a restaurant and a cafe. There is parking for 1200 cars.

The buildings were built in the modern style. The tallest tower was built in the form of a triangular prism with lower and upper bases. Thanks to this geometry, the southern tower, depending on the viewing angle, offers views of different directions: from the eastern and western parts of the city it looks like a rectangle, but from the north, it looks like a cylindrical building. The lateral parts at the edge of the prism are visible from the southern part of Baku. According to Skyscrapernews.com, the shape of the south tower is reminiscent of the Flatiron Building, built in New York City in the early 20th century.

However, unlike the Flatiron Building, the upper levels of Port Baku Southern Tower gradually taper towards the top of the building, which creates convection in the middle. This geometric solution reduces the number of upper-level beams and ensures high stability of crystalline transparency at night and during the day.
